Obituary for Karen Ann Dietz It is with great sadness that the family of Karen A. Dietz announces her passing on Monday, February 26, 2018 at the age of 59. Born January 5, 1959, she was the daughter of William A. Dietz and Leah B. Dickey. She was a graduate of South Hills Business School and spent most of her working career in the banking industry with her most recent position as an Administrative Assistant at the Sugar Valley Rural Charter School.

She enjoyed traveling, camping, reading, flea markets, and volunteering at Joyce Meyer Ministries Conferences. She was also a huge supporter of her son and grandson’s tractor pulls and her nephew’s drag racing events. Karen’s sense of humor and “glass half-full attitude” will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by a son, Gary (Heather) Munro; a daughter, Tiffany Munro; grandchildren – Gage, Blaine, Caleb and Leah; sisters, Irene (Rob) Overdorf and Cheryl (Michael) Hartman; a half-brother, Larry (Tracey) Dickey; half-sisters, Melissa (Tom) Rossman and Gari Jo Eide; step-mother, Nel Dietz; and step-father, Larry Dickey, Sr She was preceded in death by her mother, Leah B. Dickey; a grandson, Daniel J. Confer; and a half-brother, William J. Dietz. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, March 2, 2018 at 7 p.m. at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, Pa 17745.

Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 6 p.m. until the time of the service.
