Neff, age 68 of Marlette, MI, formerly of St. Clair Shores, MI passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at McLaren Lapeer Region Hospital in Lapeer, MI. She was born October 20, 1950 in Detroit, MI daughter of Harry and Grace (McQuiston) Brooks. Katherine graduated from Southeastern Detroit High School with the Class of 1968.

She married Daniel Neff in June of 1998 at Clifford Baptist Church. Katherine worked on the production line at Lear Corporation in Marlette and Marlette United Methodist Church. She was a member of Clifford Baptist Church.

Katherine loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and friends. She enjoyed doing crafts, scrap booking, sewing and crocheting. Katherine is survived by her husband, Daniel Neff; four sons, David (Dawn Butler), Donald (Danielle), Daniel and Dustin (Paula) Clifton; 10 grandchildren, Heather, Phoenix, Tyler, Katelyn, Jessica, Chamile and Hannah Clifton, Destiny Drain, Julia Vazquez, and Samantha Dickens; four great grandchildren; siblings, Phyllis Smith, Richard Brooks, Sandra McCartt, Brenda Friday, Gail Hughes, Carol, Sharon and Loretta Sarles; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Grace Brooks; siblings, Bill, Janet and Larry Brooks and Nellie Measel. A Memorial Service will be held at 1 PM Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Marsh Funeral Chapel in Marlette. MI with Pastor Kelly Curell officiating.

The family will receive friends from 11 AM until time of the service. Memorial Contributions may be made to Clifford Baptist Church. You may share an online condolence with the family at www.
