Keith Oldfield, age 87, was called home by his Lord and Savior on Thursday, May 3, 2018, at Agrace Center for Hospice & Palliative Care. He was born on Feb. 16, 1931, in Eau Claire, the son of Ray and Olive (Johnson) Oldfield.

He married Betty Hoague on Jan. 9, 1953 at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Keith retired from Fairbanks Morse as Foundry Supervisor after 30 years of employment.

Keith had a strong work ethic, and an even stronger faith in God. He will always be remembered as a selfless and giving man, who always took each and every opportunity to lend a hand to those in need. Keith is survived by his wife, Betty, 3 children: Susan (Melvin Kehoe) Oldfield, Steven Oldfield, and Sherry Kislia; 8 grandchildren: Kenda, Ryan (Catherine) Selgren, Alicia (Rich) Zarnstorff, Amanda and Andrew Oldfield, Preston Green, Kolton and Noah Kislia; 6 great grandchildren: Samuel, Jacob, Alexis, Taytem, Lili, and Trenton; brothers, Tom Oldfield, Bruce (Susan) Oldfield; sisters: Joyce (Pete) Bischoff, Carol Bischoff, and Nancy (John) Dutter; daughter in-law, Tina Oldfield, and many other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Loren Oldfield in 2012; brother, Raymond; sisters: Nelva White, Gail Bradford, Lorraine Thorson, Gertrude Kent, and Maxine Oldfield. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 8, at St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church with Pastor Dan Decker officiating. Interment will be in Bethel Cemetery, Center Twp.

A visitation will be held from 12:00 pm until time of service on Tuesday.
