Kenneth’s Obituary Funeral services for Mr. Kenneth Owen Hebert, Sr. will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 20, 2019, at Pine Prairie First Baptist Church, Pine Prairie, with Reverends Danny Hebert and Daniel Holsomback officiating. Interment will follow in Turkey Creek Cemetery, Turkey Creek, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pine Prairie. Mr. Hebert, 77, of Turkey Creek, entered eternal rest on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at Mercy Regional Hospital in Ville Platte, LA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Owen and Elaine Hebert; his first wife, Nevada Gail Downing Hebert; one grandson, Alex Craig Hebert; three brothers, Cloyde Hebert, Carl Hebert and Buford Hebert and one sister, Kathy Fontenot. Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include his loving wife of thirty-nine years, Shirley B. Hebert, of Turkey Creek; five sons, Johnny Crabtree and his wife, Carrie, of Corinth, TX. , Jimmy Crabtree and his wife, Tammy, of Eunice, Kenneth Hebert, Jr. and his wife, Donna, of Shiro, TX.

, Gene Crabtree, of Pine Prairie and James Hebert and his wife, Samantha, of Pine Prairie; three brothers, Bobby Hebert and his wife, Helen, of Turkey Creek, Roger Hebert and his wife, Brenda, of Hineston and Ronald Hebert and his wife, Theresa, of Turkey Creek; one sister, Marketta King and her husband, Lonnie, of Lake Cove; twelve grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. Friends may call at Pine Prairie First Baptist Church, from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2019. Visitation will resume on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. until time of service.

Pallbearers honored to serve are: Michael Jones, Nahum Castillo, Jared Lee, Jarred Hebert, Tylon Orgeron and Blaine Taylor. Honorary pallbearers will be: Connor Jones, Parker Jones and Sawyer Lee. Friends may post online messages of condolence for the Hebert family by visiting www.
