Leesa Jean Brockhaus July 5, 1961 – January 11, 2019 Leesa Jean Brockhaus, 57 of Holden, Missouri passed away Friday, January 11, 2019 in Warrensburg. Leesa was born July 5, 1961 in Warrensburg, daughter of Gerald A. and Jean (Bell) Wagoner. She graduated from Warrensburg High School and attended CMSU.

She was united in marriage to John F. Brockhaus on July 30, 1983 in Warrensburg. The couple made their home on a farm near Holden. Leesa was employed at Nova Center in Kansas City at the time of her passing.

She loved attending her children’s and grandchildren’s sporting events and other school events. She also enjoyed meeting up with her lifelong friends each month. Born: July 5, 1961 Death: January 11, 2019 Survivors include her husband, John; two daughters: Lindsey Tinney and husband, Justin of Mora, MO and Jenna Brockhaus and husband, Aaron Guengerich of Holden, MO; mother: Jean Wagoner of Warrensburg, MO; brother: Bill Wagoner and wife, Lynne of Independence, MO; four grandchildren: Leighton, Jace, Kyler and Macoy and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father: Gerald; and father & mother-in-laws: Raymond and Dorothy Brockhaus. Funeral Mass will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 16th at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Holden with Father Curt Vogel officiating. Interment will follow at Mt.

Calvary Cemetery in Holden. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time, Wednesday at the church. Memorial Contributions are suggested to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in care of the funeral home.
