Logan Scott Wells, 22, of Lewisport, died on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at his residence. He was born on November 9, 1995 in Daviess County, KY. He was previously employed at Omico Plastics and was a member of the Catholic faith.

Logan enjoyed racing, drawing, tattooing, building and welding. He is preceded in death by his brother, Michael Dewayne Wells; his grandparents, Joe & Christine Lindsey; and great-grandparents, Waitman & Edith Wells. Survivors include his mother, Devon Wells Ramirez (Gabriel); his father, Quentin Lindsey; siblings, Brittany, Cameron, Maya, Elijah, Jonas, Gabriel, Alexandra, Kayla, Jamie, Donnovan, Danielle and Aaron; grandparents, Glenn & Marie Wells; great-grandparents, Robert & Ellen Edge; an aunt, Mandi Wells; and several other aunts and uncles.

Memorial service will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 21, 2018 in the Chapel at James H. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation is from 12 to 1 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donation to Logan Scott Wells Memorial Fund, c/o Maria Wells, 717 Harvard Drive, Owensboro, KY 42301.
