Marjorie made her home with her son and daughter in law, they gave her a wonderful life for over the past ten years in Lobelville, TN.

She was a member of Crabtree Avenue Baptist Church and the Ladies Fideles Sunday School Class. She loved to sing and had a rich alto voice that stood out in every congregation. She loved to worship the Lord in song and passed that on to her children.

Chorus and being the poet laureate for the co-workers. Marjorie had traveled extensively in the U.S. and toured Europe with her daughter and friends from G.E. and was considered a wonderful liaison to the G.E. plant in Paris France in 1965.

Marjorie was a poet, a story teller, an avid reader, and for many years hand-made cards for her friends and family which they treasure deeply. She made scrapbooks for all her grandchildren before it became trendy. She enjoyed word games and cards and was very competitive and always loved to win.

She was a huge UK Basketball fan and everyone knew not to call her if the Cats were playing. She always had a zest for life, a sparkle in her eye, and was always center of attention.
