Marla Lynn Davis, age 62, of Indianapolis and formerly of Elwood, passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis. Marla was born on March 28, 1956 in Elwood, to the late Burley Davis and Virginia (Loy) Wall. Marla retired as a sales representative in the automotive industry.

Throughout her life she held various positions in a variety of fields. She enjoyed antiquing and going to auctions. Marla is survived by 2 brothers, Doyle Davis and Donne Davis both of Elwood, 2 sisters, Marsha Frye of TN and Myra (Ronald) West of Frankton and several nieces & nephews.

Marla was preceded in death by her father, Burley Davis, mother, Virginia Wall, and brother, Dale Davis. A funeral service celebrating Marla’s life will be at 1:00 pm Friday, September 14, 2018 at Dunnichay Funeral Home, Elwood, Indiana with Rich Leavell officiating. Burial will follow in the Elwood City Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday, September 14, 2018, 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, at Dunnichay Funeral Home, 1113 S. Anderson Street, Elwood, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Online condolences can be given at www.
