Mary Kidder, 68, of Markleville, passed away on March 14, 2019. She was born on March 11, 1951 in Muncie, to Aaron and Lola Sparks. Mary graduated from Markleville High School in 1969 and then attended Ball State University.

She was a lifelong member of Markleville North Christian Church, where she was a Sunshine Nursery School Teacher for many years and served as a 4-H leader for over 25 years. Mary was a Job’s daughter and member of the Red Hat Society. She had a group of friends that meet often to have euchre tournaments .

Mary is survived by her, sons, Joe (Adrienne) Kidder of Markleville, Jim (Paula) Kidder of Pendleton, and Andy (Alley Lovell) Kidder of Frankton; grandchildren, Dalton, Brenda, Dillon, Hannah, Levi, and Maci; and sister, Susie Schoeff. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Bob Sparks. Visitation will be held Tuesday March 19, 2019 from 4:00pm – 8:00pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd Street; Anderson Services will be Wednesday March 20, 2019 at 11:00am at the funeral home with Pastor John Hackney officiating.
