Obituary for Matthew Shannon Dwayne Osborne Matthew Shannon Dwayne Osborne, age 44, of Richlands, Virginia, passed away Friday, September 21, 2018 at his home. He was born in Richlands, Virginia and was the son of Elice and Mary Shelby Jean Keen Osborne of Raven, Virginia. He was a lifelong resident of the area and was working at Samuel’s Pressure Vessel in Lebanon, Virginia.

He was retired from Lowe’s of Claypool Hill and was a graduate of Richlands High School Class of 1992. He was the pastor at Lake Park Freewill Baptist Church and attended the Latter Rain Apostolic Church. He was preceded in death by his brother, Cecil Dwight Osborne.

Survivors, in addition to his parents, are: His Wife: Sylvia Jean Osborne Daughter: Patsy Renee Hess and husband, Austin of Richlands, Virginia Son: Matthew Shane Osborne and wife, Jessie of Swords Creek, Virginia Grandchildren: Brylee Renee Hess, Emersyn Gene Hess, and Matthew Oliver Grey Osborne Special Aunt: Virginia Cordle Special Friends: Russell Chafin Funeral services for Matthew Osborne will be conducted Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 1pm at the New Life Ministries at Pounding Mill, Virginia with the Rev. Paul Vandyke, Rev. David Osborne, and Rev.

Clarence Lowe officiating. Interment will follow at the Hankins Cemetery in Richlands, Virginia. Pallbearers will be: Roger Alley, Terry Osborne, Daniel Osborne, Jake Osborne, Johnny Cordle, Gary Osborne, Nathaniel Osborne, Mark Hunnell, and Bob Grimmett.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Jessie Cordle, Tommy Alley, and Ronnie Brewster. Friends may call Sunday and Monday evening from 6pm until 9pm at the New Life Ministries at Pounding Mill, Virginia.
