Obituary for Michael A. Heck Jr. Michael A. Heck, Jr., 76, of Lopatcong Township, NJ passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2018 at his home. Michael was born in Passaic, NJ on January 13, 1942 to the late Michael, Sr. and Mary Dzendzel Heck. Michael was a Project Communications Manager for various corporations.

Michael served his country in the United States Army. He enjoyed bowling and Doo-wop Shows. Michael was a avid NASCAR and NY Giants fan.

Most importantly, he loved spending time with his family. Michael was a member of St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church in Alpha, NJ. He was also a member of Bernardine May American Legion Post #457 of Phillipsburg, NJ.

Michael is survived by sons, Michael A. Heck III of Phillipsburg, NJ and Gregory G. Heck of Lopatcong Township; daughter-in-law, Lori Edinger of Williams Township, PA; granddaughter, Cyera Kathleen Heck; great-grandchildren, Rayden Michael Berger and Ryland James Berger; and sister, Mary Ann Heck of Northampton, PA. Michael is predeceased by his wife of 42 years, Beverly K. Motyka Heck; and a grandson, Zachary Michael Heck. A Funeral Service for Michael will be held on Monday, May 7, 2018 at 11am at the Rupell Funeral Home, LLC; 465 Memorial Parkway; Phillipsburg, NJ 08865.

A Visitation of Family and Friends will be held from 10am until service time at the funeral home. Interment will be at Northampton Memorial Shrine in Palmer Township, PA. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Michael A. Heck Jr. please visit our Sympathy Store.
