Obituary for Ralph R. Savercool Ralph R. Savercool ,71, of Phillipsburg, NJ, passed away on Friday, July 20, 2018 at St. Luke’s Hospital-Warren Campus in Phillipsburg. Ralph was born in East Stroudsburg, PA on April 23, 1947 to the late Ralph W. and Mae E. Werkheiser Savercool. Ralph was a laborer at Stroh’s Brewery of Allentown, PA for many years.

He was a graduate of Phillipsburg High School, Class of 1966. Ralph proudly served his country in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, as well as camping.

Ralph was a past member of the Vietnam Veteran’s Association and had been active with the Boy Scouts. Ralph is survived by his wife of 50 years, Nancy Huff Savercool; his sons, Michael Savercool and his wife, Shondra of Bethlehem Township, PA and Brian Savercool of Wilson Boro. , PA; and 4 grandchildren, Aurora, Michael, Madison, and Victoria.

A Memorial Service for Ralph will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 11am at the Rupell Funeral Home, LLC; 465 Memorial Parkway; Phillipsburg, NJ 08865. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Township, PA. In Lieu of Flowers, Memorials may be made in Ralph’s name to the Phillipsburg Emergency Squad; P.O. Box 215; 360 Prospect Street; Phillipsburg, NJ 08865.
