Obituary for Wilma J. Waters Wilma J. Waters, 81 , of Belvidere, NJ passed away on Monday, November 26, 2018 at the Lopatcong Center in Lopatcong Township, NJ. Wilma was born in Belvidere, NJ on March 2, 1937 to the late Carl and Bessie Huff Dalrymple. Wilma was a housekeeper at Warren Haven in Oxford, NJ for 15 years.

In earlier years, Wilma participated in bowling leagues. She enjoyed shopping and yard sales. Wilma was a Lifetime Member of the Goodwill Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary in Belvidere.

Wilma is survived by three sons, William F. Waters, III of Belvidere and Michael W. Waters and wife Donna of Bangor, PA and Scott A. Waters of East Stroudsburg, PA; two daughters, Penny L. Ortiz and husband Rey of Nazareth and Tina M. Waters of Belvidere; five grandchildren, Billie Jo Lebron, Jacob Waters, Brittany Burgin, Dakota Mosteller and Michelle Hamilton; great-grandchildren, Devon Izzo, Sierra Lebron and Jessica Waters; brothers, Richard and Robert Dalrymple; sisters, Patty Titus, Ruth Latourette, Maggie Gilbert, and Julie Kasepeer. Wilma was predeceased by her husband, William F. Waters, who passed away in 2009; brothers, Carl, Jr. and Billy Dalrymple; and a sister, Alice Rowe. A Memorial Service for Wilma will be held on Monday, December 3, 2018 at 6pm at the Goodwill Fire Company, 689 Water Street, Belvidere, NJ 07823.
