Michael’s Obituary Michael Cloer, 66, of Concrete Works Road, Lexington, died Saturday February 2019 at Meridian Center in High Point North Carolina. There will be no services at this time. Mr. Cloer was born September 8, 1952 in Swain County North Carolina to Clyde Curtis Cloer and Emma Wiggins Cloer.

He was a former member of the United States Army, serving during the Vietnam War. After serving his country he was employeed by Davidson County Schools as an HVAC crew leader He was prceeded in death by his father. Surviving is his wife Laura Haney Cloer of the home; one son, Travis Cloer of Lexington;four sisters, Carolyn Tysinger (Niles), Patricia Brogdon, Betty Tysinger (Rick), all of Lexington and Rhonda McDaniel (Mike) of Thomasville; 3 grandchildren, Alexandrea Cloer, Ava Cloer and Grayson Cloer; and his first wife Barbara Allen Cloer of Lexington.
