Obituary for Mitchell “Mitch” Marsh Mitchell Louis “Mitch” Marsh, 34, of Lincoln, Nebraska, passed away June 20, 2018, in Lincoln. A gathering of family and friends and a time of reflection will be held at All Faiths Funeral Home in Grand Island on Tuesday, June 26, from 1:30 –3:00 p.m. Mitch was born January 23, 1984, in San Bernardino, CA, and grew up in Jacksonville, FL. He had a love of being outdoors and had hoped to return to Florida one day so he could be near the swamps and wildlife that he enjoyed so much.

He carried with him in life a passion for animals, a quick wit, a charismatic personality, and a deep loyalty to his friends and family. He was a Jacksonville Jaguars fan since their inauguration. Family left to cherish his memory include his parents, Gayle and Barbi (Krause) Marsh of Grand Island; sister, Mallory of Lincoln; brothers, Matthew and Morgan of Grand Island; paternal grandparents, Ivan and Patty Marsh of Giltner; and aunts and uncles, Lori Arriola of Grand Island, Toni Carreon of Redwood City, CA, Tony Krause of Pittsburgh, PA, and Christy and Patrick Straka of Omaha.

He also leaves behind his close cousins, Sharena and Amos Anson of Grand Island, Shayne Arriola of Lincoln, Shawn Sumner of Jacksonville, and Nissa and Anthony Pagdilao of Beaumont, CA. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Donna and Robert Ruiz and Anthony Krause. Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date.
