Noreen Ann Garcia, 74, of Westminster passed away on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at University of Maryland Medical Center. Born April 5, 1944, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Nolan and Jennie (Brown) Knowles. Noreen was the loving wife of the late Douglas Manuel Garcia, her husband of 54 years and who passed away on June 9, 2017.

Noreen was a graduate of Mergenthaler Vocational Technical High School, where she studied to become a beautician.
