Obituary for Pablo E. Murillo Pablo E. Murillo, a longtime resident of Beacon, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on March 20, 2018. He was 57 years old. Pablo was born in Pereira, Colombia on July 17, 1960 the son of the late Pablo Murillo and Teolinda Galindo.

On June 8, 1987 Pablo married Nelly Arias. Nelly survives at home. Pablo worked at New York Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital in Peekskill prior to his illness.

He was a hardworking man who was full of joy. In addition to his wife, Pablo is survived by his son, Steven Murillo; his five sisters and three brothers; his numerous nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 23 at 10 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church, 31 Willow Street, Beacon.

Burial will follow at St. Joachim Cemetery, 325 Washington Avenue, Beacon. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Patrick J. Halvey of Riverview Funeral Home by Halvey, LLC. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Pablo E. Murillo please visit our Sympathy Store.
