Obituary of Peter Hartman Peter B. Hartman, 77, of Manlius, passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Upstate University Medical Center. He was born April 20, 1941, in Syracuse, the son of the late Fred and Elsa Swanson Hartman. For many years, he was employed as a mechanic and bus driver at Fayetteville-Manlius School District, retiring in 1996.

Peter is survived by three children, Vicki (Ed) McDonald of Chittenango, Scott Hartman of Tracy, CA and Preston Hartman of Chittenango; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was predeceased by his wife, Lura Schloop Hartman in 2004; his son, Rick Hartman in 2000; and his brother, Paul Hartman. Per his request there are no services or calling hours.
