Obituary for Phyllis Ann McKinney Phyllis Ann McKinney, age 75, passed away on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at the Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Erwin, Phyllis is a daughter of the late Jack Burton and Louise Kilby Lyle. She was a loving homemaker who enjoyed painting, gardening and cooking.

In addition to her parents, Phyllis is preceded in death by her first husband Homer Clay Edwards, second husband, Chester McKinney, and sister, Christine Whitson. Phyllis Ann McKinney leaves behind to cherish her memory: Children: Jeffrey Edwards, Kelly Edwards-Martin, Joey Edwards; 8 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren. Her children would like to thank the family for all of their love and support, especially Shannon Blevins, niece, Dee Dee Mitchell, niece and Eric Leonard, family friend.
