Obituary for Ralph Miller Sr. Ralph N. Miller, Sr., 71, of Hummelstown, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018, in the M.S. Hershey Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. Born in Harrisburg on June 2, 1947, he was the son of the late Charles H. and Ida K. Bostwick Chubb Miller. Ralph was a self-employed maintenance engineer; if you needed something fixed he was the man to call.

He attended the former John Harris High School, Harrisburg, before entering the Marine Corps. Ralph enjoyed hunting, fishing, coin collecting, puzzles, and putting models together. Ralph loved Oldies music especially Elvis, but his greatest joy came from his family.

Ralph is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Nadine K. Lutz Miller, whom he married on April 9, 1966; three daughters, Renae L. Miller Sites, Michelle L. Yentsch wife of Sean E. and Tammy L. Cogan wife of Charlie D., all of Hummelstown; a son, Ralph N. Miller, Jr. husband of Tiffani J. of Hummelstown; a brother, Thomas Miller; a sister, Linda Lippi; eleven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren with another on the way. In addition to his parents, Ralph was preceded in death by three brothers, Leroy, Harold, and Melvin Bostwick; and two sisters, Shirley Lewis and Yvonne Bordner. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 14, 2018, at 11 AM in the Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home, 114 West Main Street, Hummelstown, with The Rev.

Guy S. Johnson, pastor of the United Church of Christ of Hummelstown, officiating. Friends are invited to a visit with the family on Friday in the funeral home from 10 AM until time of the services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517 , Topeka, Kansas 66675.
