Family will greet friends from 4:00PM to 6:00PM on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at Rooks Funeral Home, 109 West White Road in Byron. Services will be held at 2:00PM on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at Byron United Methodist Church, 102 West Heritage Boulevard in Byron, with Rev. Tom Carruth officiating.

Burial will immediately follow in Oaklawn Cemetery. Born in Byron to the late Calder Gresham Aultman Sr. and Helen Gassett Aultman, Rev. Aultman served in Germany while serving in the United States Army.

He became an ordained Methodist minister with the South Georgia Conference in 1967 and honored the Lord with his service for 31 years. After retiring in 1998, Rev. Aultman and his beloved wife Pat moved back home to Byron where he enjoyed helping other pastors and churches as he was needed.

He and Pat loved to travel with their camper as they rode all over America. He was a member of Byron United Methodist Church and the Faith Sunday School Class. He also assisted with services at Rooks Funeral Home.

Survivors include his son and daughter in law, David and Celetta Aultman of Vidalia and many loving family members. In 2016, he was preceded in death by his wife Pat. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Byron United Methodist Church, P. O. Box 6, Byron, GA 31008, in Rev.

Aultman’s memory. Rooks Funeral Home in Byron is in charge of arrangements.
