Richard H. “Dick” Rice October 29, 1928 – June 25, 2018 Richard H. “Dick” Rice, 89, passed away on June 25, 2018 at Via Elegante in Hereford. Dick was born in Ashtabula, Ohio on October 29, 1928. He served his country honorably for a total of 30 years in the Ohio State Guard, U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force.

Photography, professional writing, avid SCUBA diving, artistic painting and kayaking were among his many interests. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Dick is survived by his wife, Verda Rice, son, Rick Rice, his daughters, Bonnie Morrow, Bridget Madden and Kimberley Rice as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
