Robert J. Glover, age 74, of McHenry, passed away September 4, 2018, at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in Kings. He was born December 25, 1943 in Chicago to Clarence and Genevieve (Victor) Glover. After graduating from McHenry High School in 1962, Robert enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and remained a proud veteran throughout his lifetime.

Left to cherish Robert’s memory are his loving wife of 42 years, Doris; son, Ira (Detra) Glover; daughter, Rebecca Glover; two grandchildren, Angelika and Darlene; and his great-grandson, Carter.

In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his brother, Alfred Glover, and his sister, Lorraine Dannemann. Friends and neighbors are invited to gather from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m., on Saturday, September 8, 2018, at Justen Funeral Home & Crematory. 3700 W. Charles J. Miller Rd.
