Obituary for Shawn Paul “Spunky” Cremeans Shawn Paul “Spunky” Cremeans,26, of Scott Depot, passed away on June 8, 2018 after a lengthy illness. He was born on September 12, 1991 in Akron OH. Graduated from Hurricane High School, Shawn worked in the construction industry.

Shawn was an avid baseball and basketball player. He was preceded in death by an infant sister Rebecca Albecker, paternal grandparents Walter Cremeans and Charlene Plantz, and his Aunt Nicole Czerpak. Left to cherish his memory are his children: Jaxon Woodyard and mother Camille Woodyard of Hurricane, and Kayson Cremeans and mother Brittney Goble of Hurricane,; Grandparents: Tony Czerpak of Mogadore, Ohio and Debbie Czerpak of Akron, Ohio; Parents, Dale and Toni Lynn (Czerpak) Cremeans; Sister Kristie Cremeans (Jeremey) and their children (his nephews and nieces), Aubre, Adalynn, Bryson and Braelyn; Aunt Michelle Czerpak of Akron, Ohio; Uncles, Alvin and Rusty Cremeans of Huntington, WVa.

and James and Michael Czerpak of Akron,Ohio; Cousins that he was raised with together Jessica and Rusty Czerpak of Huntington,WVa; and many additional cousins. Funeral services for Shawn will be 2:00 pm Wednesday June 20, 2018 at Chapman Funeral Home, 3941 Teays Valley Road. Hurricane, Burial Services will follow at Peach Ridge Community Cemetery, Hurricane.
