Susan Darlene Hensley Kent, 54, of Leicester passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospitals in Asheville. A native of Buncombe County, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Hensley Jr. and Bereda Magalene Hensley. She attended Clyde A. Erwin H.S. and enjoyed working in her flower garden.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Ricky C. Kent. Surviving are her daughter, Kimberly M. Williams of Asheville; brother, Dennis Hensley and his spouse, Annette Marie, of Marshall; and her ex-husband, Richard C. Kent of Leicester. No services will be held at this time.
