Teresa Dawn Goss, 52, of Westminster passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Carroll Hospice Dove House. Teresa was born on June 2, 1966 in Carroll County and was the daughter of the late Hazel Minnie (Fritz) Loftice, and Ervin Elwood Fritz. She was the wife of Robert Roy Goss, Jr. Teresa was an accountant at Penguin Random House.
