Tracey Suzanne Spera, 46, of Westminster, passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2018 in Westminster. Tracey was born on March 3, 1972 in Maryland and was the daughter of Thelma (Adkins) Solomon of New Freedom, PA and Charles Francis Spera, Jr. and his wife Ginny Bock Spera. She was the cherished companion for 19 years to Stephen Michael Miller of Westminster.

Tracey graduated from North Carroll High School and attended Howard Community College where she received a certificate degree in phlebotomy. … Read More » Tracey worked at several restaurants in both Westminster and Reisterstown; including the Starlight Diner, where she waitressed for many years. She was an active member at Meadow Branch Church of the Brethren, and participated with monthly church breakfasts and also enjoyed gardening at the church.

Tracey loved flowers and spending time in the garden. Surviving in addition to her parents and companion is beloved daughter Amber Marie Miller and her boyfriend Ryan Leister both of Westminster; step brothers Andrew and Justin Solomon; several nieces and nephews. The family will welcome friends on Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 1 pm until the start of services at 3pm at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Rd.
