Thelma’s Obituary Thelma A. (Libby) Gilbert, age 78, of Lynnfield, passed away January 4, 2019. She was the wife of John R. Gilbert. In addition to her husband, Thelma is survived by her son, Eric Gilbert of Danvers, her brother, Mel Libby of South Carolina, her sister, Carole Malley of Middleboro, several nieces and nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Hobbs Funeral Home, 230 Cottage Road, South Portland ME. A funeral service was held Monday, January 7, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cliftondale Congregational Church, 50 Es St., Saugus. Her burial will be at a later date in Scarborough, Maine.
