Thomas Emmor Hay, 66, April 20, 1952 to January 26, 2019 of Elizabethton, TN went home to be with his Lord. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emmor Thomas and Helen Binford Hay; sister, Kelly Ratliff and Father-in-law, Millard Ivern Laws.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Terri D. Hay; sons: Hedron Thomas Hay, Brandon Lee Hay, Jason Hay; Brother, Jim Hay; Sister-in-law, Martha Hay; Brother-in-law, Douglas Laws and wife Donna; Sister-in-law, Rhonda Bowen and husband Donald Bowen; Sister-in-law Tammy Ruehl; Sister-in-law, Melanie McClain and husband, J.D. McClain; many nieces and nephews; Special friends: Larry Hinshaw and Nan; Tim Nelson and Jackie. The family would like to thank everyone that has helped through this very difficult time. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Hampton Christian Fellowship Hall.
