Obituary for Thomas J. Ryan Thomas J. Ryan 82, of Irwin died on Monday April 9, 2018 in the Forbes Regional Hospital. He was born October 14, 1935 in Braddock, PA. He was the son of the late Henry and Evelyn Powell Ryan.
Prior to his retirement Thomas was employed as a Maintenance Manager for J.P. Hotel of Florida. He was a Veteran of the Korean War serving in the US Army. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Pete, Donald, Henry, Robert Ryan, Kay Tancraitor, Clara Byrne and Linda Kerr.
Surviving are Five children; Donna McCoy and her husband Tim of Dormont, Randy Rico Ryan, Carrie Ryan both of Irwin, Darren Ryan and his husband Frank Barton of Atlanta and Paula Youngbauer and her husband Todd of North Huntingdon. Three grandchildren; Kyle and Kaitlin McCoy and Maeve Youngbauer. One sister Patty McCoy and her husband Raymond of Level Green and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Wednesday from 4-8 PM at the Ott Funeral Home, Inc., 805 Pennsylvania Ave, Irwin where a Service will be held on Thursday at 11:30 am. Burial will take place in the National Cemeteries of the Alleghenies. For online condolences please visit www.
