Vickie Lynn Frazzetta, 67, of Toulon, IL, formerly of Peoria, died Saturday, September 22, 2018 at OSF St. Luke Hospital, Kewanee. Vickie was born June 22, 1951, in Culver City, CA, the daughter of Albert and Norma (Lyerla) Ralzitto. She obtained her Associates Degrees in Physical Therapy and Science.

She was working as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She married Jerry Conger in 1978, he preceded her in death in 1988. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Jerry. Vickie loved volunteering at the A.R.K. Animal Shelter in Lacon, IL. She also loved traveling with her friends, Linda and Pam, as well as her sister, Regina.

She loved collecting antiques and visiting historical landmarks. She had a passion for helping people and loved her job. A memorial open house will be from 12:00-5:00 pm, Saturday, September 29, 2018 at her residence.
