VICKIE LEE SHOFFNER DUNN, age 60, of 1170 Providence Road, Roxboro, NC died Saturday afternoon, October 20, 2018. Mrs. Dunn was born March 20, 1958 in Alamance County, NC daughter of Carl Duane Shoffner who survives and the late Wanda Lindsey Shoffner and was wife of Rupert Woody Dunn who also survives. She was a care giver and was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving in addition to her father and husband are two sons, Carl Jay “C.J.” Oliver & wife, Amanda, Jason Scott Oliver, Sr., sister, Gail S. Cobb & husband, Paul, twelve grandchildren, Kaytelynn Oliver, Aliyah Carroll, Jada Oliver, Alyssa Gulley, Jason Oliver, Jr., Jayden Oliver, Cameron Oliver, Mekhi Jones, Katrina Carroll, Kayla Oliver, Logan Page, and Ayden Oliver. A celebration of life service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Providence Baptist Church with the Rev. Dennis McDonald officiating.

The family will receive friends and guests from 2:00 till 3:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Providence Baptist Church General Fund, 1319 Virgilina Road, Roxboro, NC 27573. Arrangements are by Strickland and Jones Memorial Funeral Services, 1810 Durham Road, Roxboro, NC 27573.
