Mr. Waymeth “Butch” Clement Sechler, 74, passed away Friday, March 22, 2019, at Liberty Lane VA Hospice House. A funeral service is scheduled for 5:00 pm Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at Lady’s Funeral Home Chapel. Rev.

Curtis Parker will officiate. Interment is scheduled for 1:00 pm Thursday, March 28, 2019 at Salisbury National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 to 4:45 pm Wednesday at Lady’s Funeral Home.

Mr. Sechler was born January 11, 1945 in Mooresville. He was a son of the late Fred Allen Morgan and Edith Brown Morgan Sechler. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Marcus Leo Morgan and Douglas Morgan.

Mr. Sechler is survived by his wife, Nancy Willis Sechler; a daughter, Rhonda Lee Mayhue of Raleigh; two step-children, Debbie Sheets and husband Billy and Randy Smith, both of Kannapolis; five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
