Obituary of Wayne Miller Wayne C. Miller, 36, Marion, passed away at 7:14 p.m. on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at Marion General Hospital. A lifelong resident of Marion, Wayne was born on January 22, 1982, to the late Don Miller, Sr., and to Diana (Day) Miller, who survives. Wayne was a 2000 graduate of Mississinewa High School and went on to become Co-Owner of Miller Trucking & Excavating.

He loved running the bulldozer, and he also loved gardening, fishing, mushroom hunting, cooking on the grill, playing pool, and skating. Wayne had such a helpful spirit and would do anything for anyone. His daughter, River Ray-linn, was the light of his life, and he spent as much time as he could with her, as well as with his family.

He will be dearly missed by his fiancée, Madi Hoskins, Marion; daughter, River Ray-linn Miller, Marion; mother, Diana Miller, Marion; siblings, Donna Shook, Marion, Tony Miller, Marion, Debbi (Rick) Riddle, Marion, Donnie Miller, Marion, and twins, Tom and Tim Miller, both from Greencastle; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. His brother, Tom Miller, Sr., also preceded him in death. The family will receive visitors from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, September 21, 2018, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, Storey Chapel, 400 E. Main St., Gas City, IN.

Services to celebrate Wayne’s life will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 22, 2018, at the funeral home with Pastor Mick Simpkins officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.
