Rogersville: William Edward Way, age 81, of Rogersville, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 after an extended illness. Mr. Way was a retired farmer. He was preceded in death by his wife, Irene Way; parents, Neal and Maude Sissom Way; foster parents, Silas and Fannie Bruner Archer.

He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Way; sisters, Shirley Way and Elizabeth Way Savage; brother, Keith Way; several nieces and nephews. Visitation hours will be 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Broome Funeral Home, Rogersville. Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 P.M., Friday, June 29, 2018 in the funeral home chapel.
