Anita “Joyce” McSweeney January 03, 1931 – March 09, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Anita “Joyce” McSweeney, 88, of Midfield, AL passed away March 9, 2019. She was a member of Fairfield Highlands Baptist Church. Joyce retired from Cason’s Flowers with 32 years of service.

She was a loving wife, devoted mother and proud NaNa. She was also the sweetest soul in the world. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, M. F. McSweeney and her daughter, Deborah Thompson.

She is survived by her daughters, Dixie (Ronnie) Williams and Danette Barnett; her grandchildren, Summer Barnett, Meagan Heaton, Chris (Donna) Williams, Dustin (Whitney) Williams, Misty (Craig) Mareno, Brittney Williams and Heather Adams; fourteen great grandchildren.
