Barbara’s Obituary Barbara Schappach, 82, of Murrells Inlet, SC died Thursday, January 24, 2019 in Myrtle Beach, SC. Born in Bronx, NY, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Betty (Elhardt) Prazetz. Barbara was united in marriage to Francis A. Schappach September 30, 2000.

She was an accomplished administrative assistant for many years. She and her husband came to Murrells Inlet in 2003. She was an accomplished cook and enjoyed the company of others.

Barb enjoyed traveling, especially a trip to Hungary that she and Francis took. She took great pride in being a mother and grandmother and reminiscing about the wonderful times family spent together. Survivors include her loving husband, Francis; son, Christopher Stanhope of Indianapolis, IN; a daughter, Linda Kronmiller of Eureka, MO; and five grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 26 from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Myrtle Beach Funeral Home, 4505 Highway 17 Bypass S., Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.
