Bernice’s Obituary Bernice B. Schoepfel, 83, died January 17 in Myrtle Beach, SC. Born June 23, 1935 in Rochester, NY, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Bernice (Siudara) Betkowski. Survivors include sons, David Schoepfel of Myrtle Beach, Jeffrey Schoepfel (Robin) of Charleston, SC; grandchildren, Jessica and Nicholas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Schoepfel, a grandson, Brian Schoepfel, a brother, Carl Betkowski. Bernice lived in Rochester, NY until 1993 when she and her husband, David moved to SC. When her husband, David, died she moved to Mt.

Pleasant, SC. She loved to bake for friends and family as well as traveling. A private family prayer service will be held at the convenience of the family.
