Barbara Jean Romero Born in Paso Robles, Ca. on June 26th, 1960 passed away on June 23rd, 2018 after a hard fought battle with Breast Cancer at the age of 57. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Robert Doyle and Mary Kathryn Berry as well as her sister Linda Benoit. Barbara had the ability to bring out the best in people, she didn’t have Friends, Barbara had Best Friends, anyone that knew her became a Best Friend. Barbara enjoyed the Outdoors camping and fishing with family and friends, Barbara was the youngest of three sisters, I always told her that she was her fathers favorite son, he enjoyed taking her fishing on the Morro Bay Pier when she was a child, this might have been Bobs way of getting out of chores around the house A Celebration of Barbara’s Life will be held on Thursday, July 12th at The Santa Maria Elks Lodge 1309 No.

Bradley Road starting at 12:00PM with a Reception following immediately after. The family would like to Thank all of the Doctors and especially the Nurses from Mission Hope as well as Kim from Dignity Hospice for their unselfish care and compassion they gave to Barbara during her battle with cancer. In lieu of Flowers the family is asking that you Donate in Barbara’s name to The Mission Hope Cancer Center and or Dignity Hospice, both of Santa Maria.
