Barry Alan Rader, 57, of Homosassa, FL, passed away at 3:00 am on January 5, 2019 at Vitas Hospice House in Lecanto, FL, due to prolonged illnesses related to diabetic complications and multiple organ failure. He was born May 20, 1961, in Lebanon, Indiana, to Billy and Janet (Huffman) Rader. Barry was married to Marylin June (Daupert) Rader; she survives.

In addition to his parents and his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Jessica (Rader) Smith 34; two granddaughters, Ariel 10 and Chloe 9 of Pueblo, CO; a son, Jason Rader 33; and grandchildren, Isiaha 14, Kaleb 11, Hailee 7, all of Paulden, AZ; and a sister, Corrina (Rader) Poynter. Barry was a 1980 graduate of Lebanon High School. Upon graduation, he began working at Shumate Business Forms, running a collator.

Barry enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, bowling in his younger years, and activities with his kids and grandkids. Visitation will be held at Myers Mortuary in Lebanon on Friday, January 11, 2019 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm. Funeral services are planned for Saturday, January 12, at 2:00 pm, with Barry’s father-in-law, Rev.
