Obituary for Beatrice Maywood Roberts Beatrice Maywood “Bee” Roberts, 93, of St. Albans passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Cabell Health Care Center, Culloden. She was born in South Charleston to the late Dexter Lee and Ora Etta Wilson Reed. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ray Roberts; son, Donald Eugene “Tommy” Roberts; sisters, Ellewese Bryant and Mildred Ferris; brothers, Wesley, Raymond and Edward Reed.

Beatrice was retired from the Kanawha County Board of Education with 16 years of service. She is survived by her loving daughters, Connie Y. Bradshaw (Eddie) and Donna M. Crites (Clyde); sister, Jean Johnson. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Bartlett-Chapman Funeral Home, St. Albans with Jerry Reed (her nephew) officiating. Burial will be in Teays Hill Cemetery, St. Albans. Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral service.
