Obituary for Carvin Judson Withrow Carvin Judson Withrow, 90, of St. Albans, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Friday, July 13, 2018, at home. He was born April 2, 1928, in Putnam County, to the late Winefred and Gustavia Withrow. He was also preceded in death by his wives; Edna Withrow, Gracie Withrow, and Elsie Withrow, daughter; Gayle Nelson, step-daughter; Linda Arthur; and siblings; Woodrow Withrow, Franklin Withrow, Helen Burson, Sylvia Thornton, Mary Ellen Bourofs, and Alfred Withrow.

Carvin was a Christian by faith, attending Pilgrim Home Missionary Baptist Church. Carvin is survived by his siblings Wanda King of Mansfield, OH, Linda Milbee of Poca, WV, Shelby Jean Wines of Painfield, IN, Loretta Jones of Dunbar, WV, Shirley Bernonza of Salina, KS, Herbert Withrow of Clinton, MS and James Adkins of Billings, MT; grandchildren, Matthew Guthrie (Debbie) of Charlotte, NC, Angela Lacy (Larry Lacy Jr.) of St. Albans, WV; great-grandchildren, Caleb Guthrie, Hailey Wileman, Haiden Wileman, Callie Racer-Lacy, Nathan Lacy, Katie Lacy and Jon Lacy. There will be a Funeral Service at 2:00 pm Wednesday July 18, 2018, at Bartlett Chapman Funeral Home, St. Albans, with Pastor James Arthur officiating.

Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. You may visit Carvin’s tribute page at chapmanfuneralhomes.com to share memories or condolences with the family.
