Billy was born in Sullivan County, TN on December 31, 1968. He was the son of the late Calvin Coolidge and Sarah Katherine (Jackson) Williams.
He was employed by Joy Global, Duffield, VA. In addition to his parents, his sister, Beverly June (Williams) Pratt and brother, Harry Lee “Pete” Austin Williams; father-in-law, G.C. McClellan; and brother-in-law, Greg Smith preceded him death. Billy is survived by his wife, Debbie Williams, Gate City, VA; sons, Aaron Scott Williams, Gate City, VA and Casey Andrew Williams, Gate City, VA; sister, Vilas Ann (Williams) Bowen, and husband, Gary, Gate City, VA; brothers, Calvin Wendell Williams and wife, Ella Rae, Pikeville, KY and Jerry Williams and wife, Alfreda, Gate City, VA ; mother-in-law, Phyllis McClellan, Gate City, VA; nephews, Calvin W. Williams and family, Gate City, VA and Matthew Williams and family, Kingsport, TN; and his special uncles, Dwayne Williams, Gate City, VA and Thomas Williams, Gate City, VA.
The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m., Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Roger Vineyard officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 21, 2019 at Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:15 a.m., Monday to go in procession to the graveside service.
