Carl Clifton “Butch” Wharff II, of Parkersburg, passed away April 13, 2018 at his residence under the loving care of his family. He was born August 18, 1944, in Parkersburg, son of the late Carl C. and Mary C. Civitillo Wharff. Carl retired from Walker and was known as a kind and loving man.

Surviving Carl is his wife of forty-three years Norma VanDale Wharff, sister Patty Rhodes (Orland), three daughters, one son, eleven grandchildren, one great grandchild, one niece and one nephew. In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by his son Carl C. Wharff III. A graveside service will be 11:00 am Tuesday at Rockland Cemetery in Belpre with Rev.
