Carol Bea Mooney, 77, passed away at her home May 3rd, 2018, She was born May 17th, 1940, the daughter of the late Harold Bernie and Myrtle Ruth Clark Day. She is remembered as a loving wife and mother. Carol was a member of the 1st Christian Disciples of Christ Church and a very talented cook.

Her award winning chili was a point of pride for her. She also enjoyed time with her family, especially breakfasts with her husband of 58 years, Boyd. Surviving Carol are her husband, Boyd Mooney; sons Brad (Linda) Mooney and Greg (Kim) Mooney; grandson John (Alison) Mooney; three great-grandchildren, and her beloved dog, Abby.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her son Jeff Mooney, and brother Darrel Day. The family would like to extend special thanks to the Davita Dialysis Center for Care for their tremendous love and affection for Carol and her family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the 1st Christian Disciples of Christ Church.
