Mary “Toots” DeBrular , 82, of Parkersburg passed away June 28, 2018 at Milestone Senior Living in Parkersburg. She was born on October 31, 1935 in Weston, WV and was the daughter of the late Minnie and Jessie Flesher Radcliff. Mary retired from United Bank and attended Bible Baptist Church.

She graduated from Weston High School in 1954 and was a former member of the Easter Star in Weston, WV Chapter #40. Mary is survived by her grandson Zachary DeBrular of Parkersburg; granddaughter Jami DeBrular of Tuppers Plains, OH; two great grandchildren, Cayden Windom and Jaxson Stephens; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Lee DeBrular; son James David DeBrular; 5 brothers and two sisters and was the last surviving sibling.

Funeral services will be Monday, July 2, 2018, 1:00 pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with Pastor Dan Stevens, officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
