Roland “Sam” Miller , 82, of Little Hocking passed away June 12, 2018 at Heartland Of Marietta. He was born on October 5, 1935 in Glenville, WV and was the son of the late William and Inez (Powell) Miller. He was a sheet metal worker and a member of Local 33.

Roland is survived by two daughters Kathi Lowe (David) and LuAnna Bibbee; son Roland Lee Miller, Jr.; eight grandchildren Kate, Lisa, Melissa, Amanda, Phillip, Kelsea, Melanie, and Haley; several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents and his wife Marilyn (Mayo) Miller, he was preceded in death by three brothers William “Blain”, KV, and Bobby; three infant children; an infant grandchild; and two infant great grandchlidren. Graveside services will be Thursday, June 14, 2018, 2:00 pm at the Mt.

Olivet Cemetery, Parkersburg, WV, with Rev. Ted Williams officiating. ivet.
