Keith Phillips Keith Olen Phillips, 74, of Parkersburg went to be with the Lord June 19, 2018 at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born in Philippi, WV July 21, 1943 a son of the late Homer Phillips and Frances (Raikes) Phillips. Keith was a member of Parkview United Methodist and he worked at John Mansville.

He is survived by his wife of 50 Years Sharon (Kelly) Phillips, three children, James Douglas Carpenter (Sheryl), Thomas Craig Carpenter (Anita), Kellie Dawn Cale (Tim), two sisters, Libby Malcolm and Emily Vowls, 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 2 brother-in-laws and one granddaughter. A memorial service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg with Pastor Raymond Maleke officiating.
