Theadora M. Lynch, 69 of Belpre, Ohio died at the Marietta Memorial Hospital on June 13, 2018. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on August 20, 1948 and was the daughter of the late Theodore and Beulah Lipps Baker. She retired as a nurse assistant and had own a nursing home on Laird Street in Parkersburg and a bar on 13th Street call the “Lucky Lepracon”.

Survivors include two daughters, Connie (Kevin) Smith and Candice (Eric) Adams, 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and special friends, Ron Weimer and Victoria Garten. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert Lynch, and significant other Robert Stemple, three brothers, King Baker, Fred Pickel, and George Baker. Services will be on Monday at 1:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre with Victoria Garten officiating.

Burial will follow in the Gravel Bank Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.
