Wilma J. Hill , 80, of Parkersburg passed away June 14, 2018 at CCMC Memorial Campus. She was born on December 2, 1937 in Parkersburg, WV a daughter of the late Lawrence and Ruth Mae (Griffin) Blair. She is survived by her son Chuck Hill (Vickie) of Parkersburg; twin daughters Eulah Hickman (Neil) of Davisville and Beulah Lowther of Parkersburg; grandson Clenden Hickman; and sister Beulah Mae Mace.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charold Hill and brother Melvin Blair. Funeral services will be Tuesday 1:00 PM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Pakersburg with Pastor Randy Vanfossen officiating. Burial will follow at Bushrod Creel Cemetery in Davisville.
